User Agreement

  • General Provisions
    This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Game Getaways Ltd, Registration Number: 901234, Legal Address: 45, Anse Royale Road, Anse Royale, Mahé, Seychelles, the owner of the website Dota2ranksup.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who purchase Steam gaming accounts and Dota 2 ranking boost services.
  • 1. Acceptance of Terms
    1.1. By registering and using the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
    1.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website.
  • 2. Services
    2.1. The Website provides services related to increasing rankings in Dota 2, training, coaching, as well as ready-made Steam accounts with Dota 2 (hereinafter — the "Services"). We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Services at any time.
    2.2. All Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and the Website is not responsible for the results of their use.
  • 3. User Rights and Obligations
    3.1. The User undertakes to:
    • Provide accurate registration and payment information.
    • Not use the Website's services in violation of the law.
    • Not share their account credentials with third parties.
    3.2. The User has the right to:
    • Receive information about the services provided.
    • Request a refund in accordance with the terms described in Section 6.
  • 4. Website Rights and Obligations
    4.1. The Website has the right to:
    • Make changes to the terms of the Agreement without prior notice to Users.
    • Suspend or terminate the provision of services at any time.
    4.2. The Website undertakes to:
    • Ensure the security of Users' personal data.
    • Provide technical support upon User request.
  • 5. Payment and Refund Policy
    5.1. Payment for services is made through the methods offered on the Website.
    5.2. Services are provided after 100% prepayment.
    5.3. Refunds are possible in the following cases:
    • Failure to provide the service within the agreed time frame.
    • Improper provision of the service.
    • Service cancellation by the User.
    5.4. After the proper provision of a Paid Service, the funds spent on its purchase are non-refundable.
    5.5. If the service was not provided in full or was provided improperly (the User’s account balance was not credited or the credited amount differs from the amount calculated when paying for the order), the User has the right to refuse the service by contacting us via email at dota2ranksup@gmail.com and receive a full refund or an equivalent service. The claim review and refund processing period is 15 business days. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • 6. Liability of the Parties
    6.1. The Website is not responsible for:
    • Damage caused to the User as a result of using the services.
    • Illegal actions of third parties, including hacking attacks.
    6.2. The User is fully responsible for complying with the rules and regulations related to the use of the Website's services.
  • 7. Final Provisions
    7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Website is registered.
    7.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved, they shall be settled in court at the location of the Website.
